About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, word-smart Marketing Communications Executive who excels at crafting crisp, high-impact content and is comfortable working with modern AI tools.

You will be responsible for converting raw inputs into customer-ready marketing assets—including case studies, sales presentations, and social content—using predefined templates and structured formats. Zymr will train and provide support. This role requires speed, clarity, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and refine case studies by collaborating with internal teams to extract key insights and structure them into standardized templates (provided by Zymr)..
Convert raw inputs into high-quality marketing assets (presentations, one-pagers, battle cards).
Support sales teams with compelling, story-driven content.
Create and manage social media content (captions, posts, short-form narratives).
Actively leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.) to accelerate and enhance content production.
Standardize marketing collateral into scalable, reusable formats.
Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and structure across all deliverables.
Proofread for spelling, clarity, and grammar.
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to maintain sharp and aligned communication.

Must-Have Skills
Excellent written English — clear, concise, and compelling.
Strong ability to simplify complex ideas into crisp narratives.
Proven experience in marketing communications or content writing.
Hands-on experience with AI tools for content generation.
Ability to work within structured templates and standardized formats.
Experience in social media content creation.
Exposure to the technology/software industry is a strong plus.

Good to Have
Good PowerPoint/presentation design skills are a plus.
Close attention to detail in producing print-ready, customer-facing content
(fonts, layout, colors, grammar, and visual balance).
Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is attractive.
Prior experience in B2B technology marketing.
